Terms of Agreement

These Terms of Agreement ("Terms") form a binding contract between you ("User") and iEasySR, a company registered in Australia ("we", "us", "iEasySR"). By creating an account or using the iEasySR platform ("Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

1. The Service

iEasySR provides tools for teachers and schools to manage academic data and produce student report cards. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

2. Accounts and security

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activity on your account.
  • Email-based multi-factor authentication (OTP) is enabled by default. We strongly recommend keeping it on.
  • If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at support@ieasysr.com.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and authorised by your institution to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, infringing, defamatory or harmful content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
  • Use automated scripts, bots or scraping tools against the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data.
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications to parents or students.
  • Circumvent any security measures or rate limits in the Service.

4. Charges, payment and refunds

Report generation is charged per student. Payment is processed before reports are generated. Stripe handles all payment processing (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay). Local taxes and foreign-exchange charges applied by your bank may apply in addition to quoted prices.

Refund policy: Because report generation is instant and the output is immediately available for download, payments are generally non-refundable once a report has been generated. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@ieasysr.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review the matter on a case-by-case basis.

5. Student data and your responsibilities

You confirm that you have lawful authority to upload student data — including names, photos and parent email addresses — and to send academic reports to those email addresses on behalf of your institution. You are the data controller for student content you upload; we process it solely on your instructions as a data processor.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction (including obtaining parental consent where required) before uploading any student data.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its code, branding and design are owned by iEasySR. The content you upload (student data, school information, report text) remains yours. You grant iEasySR a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, iEasySR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of data, loss of profits, or disruption to academic operations. Our total liability for any claim arising in a 12-month period is limited to the total fees you paid to us in that same period.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, at our discretion. You may close your account at any time from the Settings page or by contacting support@ieasysr.com; all associated data will be permanently deleted within 7 days. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via the dashboard or email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
