Report cards parents understand

A good report card tells a parent, in one glance, how their child is doing and where they can help. iEasySR builds that card from marks you enter and rules you set once.

Enter marks once

In Scores, pick a class and term and type class-work and exam marks straight into a grid. Totals, grades and the aggregate compute themselves as you go, so there is no separate calculation step and no risk of a slipped sum.

Set the grading rules

Assessment in iEasySR is fully configurable. Under Assessment systems, defined per academic year, you set:

• Grade bands: the score ranges and their grades, for example A1 to F9.
• Aggregate bands: the value each grade contributes to a pupil's aggregate.
• Auto-remarks: the comment printed for each band.

The aggregate sums the grade-band values of a pupil's best aggregate-enabled subjects, lower being better, in the familiar WAEC or BECE style. Mark which subjects count when you define them, and both the report card and the Aggregate Sheet report use the same calculation.

Shape what the card shows

Under Settings then Report layout you choose exactly what each card prints: the header, the student details, the subject-table columns such as Position, Grade, Remark and the TREND arrow, and the totals box with total score, aggregate, position, class size and class average. A colourful Academic year performance graph shows one column per term, and you can toggle its heading and its year totals line independently. Changes apply to newly generated cards.

Enter every class's scores and attendance first, then pay for the whole school's reports together in one step, so no class is missed and every parent receives their child's card at the same time. Download the A4 PDFs and email them to verified parents. Spotted a wrong mark? Fix it and re-generate, free of charge.

The result is a card that reads clearly, calculates correctly and looks the same for every family.
