Modules are a one-off payment - buy once and it's yours for that school, permanently. iEasySR reserves the right to move to subscription pricing in the future; schools that bought a module under the one-off model are exempt from any future subscription and keep it at no extra cost.

Is iEasySR really free to start?
Yes. The whole core - student records, enrolment, scoring, report cards, fees, attendance and the parent portal - is free to use. You pay only for the report cards you generate, and no card is needed to sign up and set everything up.
How much does a report card cost?
Report cards are priced per student, per card, and you see the exact total before you pay. You pay for the whole school's reports together, and re-generating a report after fixing a mark is free.
Are the add-on modules a subscription?
No. Finance & Accounting and Staff/HR/Payroll are a one-time payment per school, yours permanently. If we ever move to subscription pricing, schools that already bought a module keep it at no extra cost.
Do modules cover all my schools?
Modules unlock per school, so you unlock each school that needs them. Your catalogues - classes, subjects, fee structures and signatories - are still shared across all your schools automatically.
What is iAlex, and is the AI free?
iAlex is the built-in assistant: it answers questions about iEasySR and about your school's own live figures, in English and French, at no cost. iLex+ adds an AI step-by-step helper, free for a school that owns both modules or a separate one-time unlock, and you can bring your own AI key.
