The four-week programme

Setup & data gathering
A kickoff call, then we set up your years, subjects, grading and shared catalogues and bulk-import your students and staff. You review and approve the configuration before anything goes further.
- 2Week 2
Configure & train on practice data
Fees, report-card layout, roles and team invites are configured, and your team trains on a practice environment with sample data, not live records, so every mistake is safe to make.
- 3Week 3
Parallel run
You enter real data alongside your current process and generate a first batch of report cards and bills. We review the output together and tune anything that needs it.
- 4Week 4
Go-live & hypercare
You switch over for real, with two weeks of daily hypercare: priority support and a daily check-in while your team settles in and questions are at their peak.
Durations are a guide. A small school is often live within a week; a larger school or a network can pace the programme to fit its calendar. Your named contact agrees the schedule with you before you begin.
