Collect fees by card and mobile money

Cash at the gate is slow and hard to reconcile. Letting parents pay online is faster for them and cleaner for you, and in iEasySR the money settles to your own account, never to us.

You connect your own account

Each school connects its own payment account through Paystack, so collected fees settle straight to your bank. Setting it up is three short steps:

1. Create a free account at paystack.com and add your settlement bank account.
2. Copy your Secret Key from Settings, API Keys and Webhooks, in Paystack.
3. In iEasySR, go to Settings then Payments and SMS, paste the key and Connect, then copy the webhook URL back into Paystack.

Your keys are stored encrypted, and you can disconnect at any time.

Mobile money needs no extra signup

Once your Paystack account is active for your country, parents can choose Mobile Money at checkout: MTN MoMo, Telecel or Vodafone Cash, M-Pesa and more, alongside cards like Visa and Mastercard. There is nothing separate to register for mobile money.

Where parents pay

Parents use the free parent portal, which needs no password. When your school has enabled online payment, they open their child's bill and tap Pay now to settle by card or mobile money. It is the same portal where they already download report cards and fee bills.

The bookkeeping is automatic

This is the quiet win. When a parent pays online, the payment, the receipt and the ledger entry all record themselves. You do not re-key anything, the bill updates, and if Finance is unlocked the amount posts to your books straight away. Offline routes still work too: families can pay you by bank, mobile money or cash and you record it at the desk, with an automatically numbered receipt.
