Leave without the paperwork

Leave requests do not have to live in a notebook or a group chat. With the Staff module, iEasySR gives you a simple request-and-approve flow that keeps balances straight.

Set up leave types once

As the owner, open Leave (sidebar, School) and add your leave types, for example Annual, Sick and Unpaid. Each type can carry an optional days-per-year entitlement, which is what iEasySR counts a balance against. You do this once, and it applies to your whole team.

Running more than one school? You can save your departments, job positions and leave types as an HR template and apply them to another school in one click, so you never rebuild the same list.

How a team member requests leave

Any team member opens Leave and files a request: pick a type, choose the dates, and the day count fills in automatically (adjust it for weekends or holidays), then add an optional reason. Everyone sees their own requests and their remaining balance for the year, so there is no need to ask you where a request stands.

Approving or declining

Pending requests gather under Approvals, where the owner approves or rejects each one. The staff member sees the outcome straight away, along with their updated balance. Only the owner decides, and every person's history stays visible to them.

The rule is simple: everyone sees their own requests, only the owner approves.

Where it fits

Leave is part of the same Staff module that carries the time clock, timesheets, HR records and payroll, so a person's leave, hours and pay all live in one place. If you have not turned the module on yet, unlock it per school from Settings, Add-on modules, by card or a licence code.
