Partner access for your accountant

Sometimes an outside professional needs to see your figures: an accountant closing your books, or a consultant advising on growth. Partner access lets them look without ever touching your data.

Numbers only, read-only

A partner organization sees your school's numbers only. They never see student or staff names or individual records, and they can change nothing. It is a window onto totals, not a key to the building.

Nothing shows without your consent

The iEasySR operator assigns a partner organization to your school. It then appears under Partner access in your sidebar for you to decide:

• Accept (current term) shares this term's figures only.
• Accept + full history also shares prior academic years.
• Decline turns it down.
• Revoke cuts access instantly, at any time.

The choice between current term and full history is entirely yours, and revoking takes effect immediately.

What you control

• A school belongs to at most one partner organization.
• You can attach a link to a signed agreement, visible to both sides.
• An optional message thread lets you and the partner exchange notes.

What the partner sees

On their own console, a consented partner reviews the figures across the schools that opted in: fees, financials, policies, HR and academic totals, with a portfolio view when they hold several schools. They can export to CSV for their own working papers, and where a total spans currencies it is normalised so the portfolio figure still makes sense. Free-text notes on ledger entries are redacted, so a memo never leaks a name.

You are always in control. If a relationship ends, one click revokes access and the window closes.
