Is iEasySR really free to start?
Yes. The whole core - student records, enrolment, scoring, report cards, fees, attendance and the parent portal - is free to use. Report cards are free for now, unless your school has an agreed rate; if a per-card price is set later, it is shown here and on the Generate page before you confirm. You pay only for any optional module you choose to unlock, and no card is needed to sign up and set everything up.
How much does a report card cost?

Are the add-on modules a subscription?
No. Finance & Accounting, Staff/HR/Payroll and the School Suite (certificates, scheme of work, timetable, quizzes and elections) are a one-time payment per school, yours permanently. Montessori assessment is free to use, and progress reports are free for now, unless your school has an agreed rate. If we ever move to subscription pricing, schools that already bought a module keep it at no extra cost.
Do modules cover all my schools?
Modules unlock per school, so you unlock each school that needs them. Your catalogues - classes, subjects, fee structures and signatories - are still shared across all your schools automatically.
Do I pay extra for team members?
No. iEasySR is priced per school, not per user. Invite as many staff as you like and give each one a custom role; there is no per-seat charge. A teammate whose role touches Finance, Payroll or another module works under your school's module licence, with no separate purchase.
What is iAlex, and is the AI free?
iAlex is the built-in assistant: it answers questions about iEasySR and about your school's own live figures, in English and French, at no cost. iLex+ adds an AI step-by-step helper, free for a school that owns the Finance & Accounting and Staff, HR & Payroll modules (so it comes free with the Complete bundle) or a separate one-time unlock, and you can bring your own AI key.
