Your data is yours. From Settings -> Export your data you can download, on demand, a ZIP with all of your own schools' data: one CSV per area (students, guardians, enrolments, fee bills, payments, ledger accounts and journals, staff, attendance, results) plus a README explaining each file.
Safe by design
Because the export holds personal data, the download is step-up protected. Before it starts, you enter your password and a one-time code we email you. It only ever contains your own schools' data, never anyone else's, and it is rate-limited.
Built for spreadsheets
Every file is UTF-8 with a BOM, so it opens cleanly in Excel or any spreadsheet. Amounts appear in normal units alongside the exact values, with a currency column, so the numbers are easy to work with straight away.
