Many schools, one account

If you run more than one school, you should never rebuild the same setup for each. iEasySR reuse comes in two forms.

Catalogues that are already shared

The libraries you build once appear in every school you own, automatically, with no copying:

• Class and subject catalogues
• Fee-structure templates, per-student fee items, discounts and fee categories
• Assessment-system templates and term-session presets
• Signatories and the school-setup pick-lists (type, country, region, town)

Build these under their own pages, and they are available whenever you set up a new school. Switch between the schools you own from the top bar.

Cross-school templates: save once, apply anywhere

Some setup naturally lives inside one school. For these, you can save one school's setup as a named template and apply it to another in one click:

• Chart of accounts: Finance, Chart of accounts, Chart templates (needs the Finance module).
• HR setup: departments, job positions and leave types, under Staff, HR templates (needs the Staff module).
• Services: bus routes, canteen plans and custom services with their prices, under School Fees, Services, Templates.

How to use a template

1. Set one school up exactly the way you want it.
2. Open the matching Templates page and save that school's setup as a named template.
3. On the same page, pick a template and Apply to another school.

Applying only adds what is missing and skips anything already there, so it is always safe to re-apply. If you later add a new account or service to your model school, save the template again and apply it to top up the others.

Templates belong to you, not to a single school, so they are available across your whole account. Editing a template does not change schools you already applied it to.

Between shared catalogues and these templates, a second or third school can be up and running in minutes rather than an afternoon.
