The School Suite: five classroom tools, one unlock

A school runs on more than marks and money. There is a term to plan, a timetable to hang on the wall, tests to set, certificates to award and, now and then, a prefect to elect. Until now each of those lived as its own separate purchase. We have folded five of them into one add-on: the School Suite.

What is inside

The School Suite unlocks five tools together, per school, for a single one-time payment:

• Certificates and envelopes - print per-class certificate and envelope PDFs, already set in your school's own colours.
• Scheme of work and lesson notes - plan every subject week by week, so the term is mapped before the first lesson.
• Class timetable - build a weekly grid from a shared set of periods and print it for the wall; a teacher can never be in two places at once, so clashes show up immediately.
• Quizzes and tests - set questions, capture scores per pupil, and let them roll straight into the report card.
• School elections - run a prefect or club vote with a fixed voting window and an automatic tally.

Why one bundle, not five

Buying five small tools one at a time is tedious and adds up. As one School Suite, a school gets all five at once, at a lower price than the sum of the parts, and unlocks them the moment payment goes through. It is a one-time payment per school, yours permanently.

How a school actually uses it

Picture Sunrise Academy at the start of Term 1. A teacher opens the scheme of work and lays out English week by week, then drops each subject into the timetable and prints it for the classroom. Two weeks in, a quick mental-maths quiz captures the first scores of the term. At the end of term, Basic 6 collects merit certificates on the school's own colours, and the year closes with a School Prefect election whose winner takes home a certificate from the very same tool. One unlock, a whole term supported.

Where it sits with the other modules

And Montessori? Free.

Montessori assessment is not part of the School Suite because we made it free to use. Record observations and mastery all term at no cost; you only pay when you print a child's progress report, at the same rate as a report card. Fixing an observation and re-printing is free.
