Unlock add-on modules online

The core of iEasySR is free: you pay only per report card you generate. Two optional add-on modules extend it, each unlocked per school and yours permanently once bought, with no subscription.

The two modules

• Finance & Accounting: a real double-entry general ledger, chart of accounts, income statement, balance sheet, trial balance, cash-flow statement and 13-week forecast, accounts-payable aging and budget vs actuals. Fees, payroll and vendor bills post to it automatically.
• Staff, HR & Payroll: staff clock in and out with optional geofencing, schedules and timesheets, punctuality reports, pay runs and payslips, staff profiles and departments, and leave requests.

Buy them yourself

1. Open Settings, Add-on modules, or click Unlock the module on any locked Finance or Staff screen.
2. Pick the school, then tick one or both modules. The running total updates as you go.
3. Press Unlock selected and pay once by card through secure Stripe checkout.

Each module unlocks for that school as soon as the payment succeeds. You can buy both in a single payment, and where a bundle discount is available, buying them together applies it automatically. The saving is shown in the cart before you pay, and as the "Complete" package on the Pricing page.

Per school, not per account

Every unlock is per school: buying for one school does not unlock another. That keeps the cost matched to where you actually use a module.

Prefer a code?

If a module shows Contact us instead of a price, online purchase is switched off for it. Contact the iEasySR team for a single-use licence code that you redeem on the same screen. A code is single-use and, by default, does not expire.

Modules are a one-off payment today. iEasySR reserves the right to move to subscription pricing in future, but any school that bought under the one-off model is exempt and keeps the module at no extra cost.
