Which schools is iEasySR built for?
Schools everywhere. It supports both the anglophone model (WAEC/BECE grade bands and a best-subject aggregate) and the francophone model (a coefficient-weighted moyenne, mention, rang and a Conseil de classe decision), and the whole app is bilingual in English and French.
Does it work when the internet is poor?
Yes. An offline mode keeps attendance, scores, fees, new students and enrolment working with little or no connection, and everything syncs automatically once you are back online. You can also install iEasySR as an app on a phone, tablet or laptop.
Can parents see reports and pay fees online?
Yes. The parent portal opens from a secure link sent to their email, with no password. Parents download report cards and fee bills, pay outstanding fees by mobile money or card, request an absence in advance and receive school updates.
Can I run more than one school from one account?
Yes. iEasySR is multi-school: your catalogues (classes, subjects, fee structures, signatories) are shared across every school automatically, while each school keeps its own settings. External firms can get read-only partner access to the schools that consent.

Do I need to install any software?
No. iEasySR runs in your web browser on any device, and can optionally be installed as an app for quick access. There is nothing to download or maintain, and updates arrive automatically.

Can students take quizzes online?
Yes, with the School Suite. Set a quiz once, then open it for online taking: students go to a public page, enter the class code, pick their name and a personal PIN, and answer on their own device. Multiple choice is auto-marked into your score grid the moment they submit, a timer can submit the quiz for them, and you verify any written answers before posting the marks. When you release the results, each student can also print their own marked script (their answers, the correct answers and the marks).
Can I print exam answer booklets and answer sheets?
Yes, and it is free. From the Reports hub, Exam stationery generates answer booklets (any length from 2 to 10 pages), extra answer sheets, OMR objective (bubble) sheets and squared graph sheets on your own school's letterhead, filled with your class, subject and candidates: one copy per student with their name and index number, or a blank template to write on. No need to buy pre-printed booklets.
How much does iEasySR cost?
The core is free: student records, enrolment, scoring, fees, attendance, the parent portal and 60+ admin reports cost nothing, with no card needed to start. You pay only for the report cards you generate, at a clear per-card price you see before you pay. Fee billing is free too: the first session of each year is always open, and later sessions open once a report card has been generated for the class. The optional Finance & Accounting, Staff/HR/Payroll and School Suite modules are a one-time payment per school, and iEasySR is priced per school, not per user, so adding staff never costs more.
Is my school's data secure and private?
Yes. Access is protected by email-based MFA and Google sign-in, and your data is never mixed with another school's: inside iEasySR, only the people you invite and any partner organization you consent to can see it, our own staff access is least-privilege, and every sub-processor is named in the privacy policy. Records are hosted on encrypted infrastructure in the UK, and iEasySR acts as your data processor under a Data Processing Agreement. You can export everything at any time as a ZIP of spreadsheets, protected by your password plus a one-time code, so there is no lock-in.
